Gender Identities

Gender Identity is an actual term in psychology and is when a child identifies with each of their parents. It begins with the parent of the same sex parent and then moving to the opposite sex. After gender identity is established the sexual orientation of the child is determined. But that’s not the main purpose of this post. I wanted to talk about the way genders support and talk to each other.

Girls and women usually are very emotionally supportive. They say things like how any man would be lucky to have you. They are very gushy and emotional. But then some girls are also very willing to turn on each other in a flash to get what they want.

Guys are very different from girls. In my experience there are very few men who will actually open up about how they are feeling. I am not very sure how guys act around each other when one is experiencing some difficulty. I am guessing much bro time and activities like paintballing and video games ensue.
